Check engine light came on. Scanner read codes as right & left banks are lean. My question is it O2 sensors R&L banks ? Last thing I want is just to through parts at it.
What is the correct way to approach the fix ? TY.

So I took a closer look and found the problem. Turned out to be a air leak. I need help as to identify the name of part needed. The bad piece is made of rubber were the pvc tube is connected to the intake manafold. It also has two small coolant lines connected to it. I have no idea what it is called ? TY

I ran into this recently also, but couldn't track down the correct replacement tube. I did source one for a 2003 Expedition, while the tube was different, the rubber boot fit just fine. P/N #3W3Z6758BA.
An alternative could be a silicone reducer sleeve.

You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference
