Looking at my parts diagram shows they have studs and bolts behind the rear inner pillar garnish. Very likely with panel adhesive or urethane sealant but those would not be in my illustration.

If you mean the thin strips down the C pillar between rear window and rear door, as mentioned, access by removing interior sail panel. Two studs with nuts. No panel adhesive

Thanks guys, that's what I needed to know. Three different paint shops wanted to pry it off.
I tried prying one off of a car in a junkyard once. Didn't go well lmao
