    SW headers & exhaust system

I will be installing SW headers. Other mod Eaton s/c @ 10lbs. My goal is to keep it as quiet as stock least amount of restriction & no drone. At the same time try to keep Oem muffler note. I will delete one set of cats use some type of mid muffler two in/out or H pipe then mufflers then into Oem mufflers & resonator. What mid muffler or mufflers would be best ?

So you are getting the catted mid pipes as well correct? Because the headers won’t work with the factory cats.

I’d first try it fitted to the stock H-pipe, you might just be surprised how tame it is at idle and cruising.

Yes I plan to use a similar set up like the one I used on my other Marauder. SW had sent me high flow cats. I believe I used o2 extenders & eliminators.

These are a good flowing muffler keeping the noise down with a little tone. When they first came out with these mufflers they were to be a quiet version of their 14" body muffler, they actually wound up making more HP than the smaller ones. I had them on my 85 Turbo T-bird converted to 5.0 with nice lopey cam, sounded great, just remember the length of these cars make them quieter than same set up in say a Mustang, more piping and more bends quiets it down some.

Another option is the Borla Mufflers, quietest of 14" body performance muffler if you want stainless. I have a pair to put on when I do headers cause I am sure the bullet mufflers I currently have will be too loud at that point.

Magnaflow x pipe muffler. It helped quiet the exhaust and got rid of the rasp from the sw x pipe
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

Those x-mufflers are great, never thought to put it on these cars, I had it on my 2002 Lincoln LS, with rear mufflers and without rear mufflers, loved it.
