    Re: Rear Speaker Installation

I am looking for some advice. Both rear speakers have stopped working and I will be replacing them. What would be the easiest method to install the rear speakers? Do the mesh screens just pop out? I appreciate any information from anyone who knows or has experience in replacing the rear speakers. Thank you in advance.

The Crutchfield website can answer all questions about disassembly but IIRC the metal grilles are removable. In my '04 I had to remove the rear quarter trim and back seat to replace the speakers.

Ya, the metal grills pop out but be careful. The grills hook under and metal is thin and can be bent easily.
