I'm looking for a new or excellent used 3W3Z-17A385-AAA (marked 3W3D-17A385-ABW) front license plate bracket. I know there are others available that'll fit, but I'd like to stick with the OE part and re-use the existing holes.

I used the newer style bracket where you have to slightly modify it to fit flush, holes are the same. The differences are hardly noticeable. 6W7Z-17A385-AA and it is only 15 bux vs over $100 for an OEM one used. There is a thread here somewhere if you want to search.
