Radiator Sizing -- does it make a difference for the fit?

Hello, I have a question about replacing the radiator. I have ordered a Denso Part Number:221-9045 from Rock Auto. The name among aftermarket brands seems trustworthy and the Denso had the little heart next to it in the Rock Auto listing, which tells me people love it. Now that I am doing a little more research I notice that there are multiple dimensions from ~25 - 27 inches in (I'm assuming) height?

Can anyone tell me which is the standard size for the radiator and do you have experience with the Denso unit offered on Rock Auto (and elsewhere)? Will it fit the first time, as Denso claims?

Thanks! This forum has been an invaluable asset for me over a decade of Marauding.

The Denso is the correct size radiator. 25-3/8" core
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

Thanks! I would also be interested to know if there are any PCV hoses -- the whole unit from the manifold to the valve -- still available? Best I have found is a par from Gates which doesn't really fit. Discontinued on Tasca Parts and Parts Geek. I know this has been discussed elsewhere, but I haven't read anything recently about any places that could still have the original part.

I’ve seen that part before but I think it’s for the drivers side evap hose? I’m talking about the whole unit sold so as to avoid heating the existing hose to fit the new valve. Seems like a risky venture so I’d like to know if there are replacements if I whoops it
