    Cooling system

Well......pulled the MM out of winter storage and the first repair of the year has to take place.
I need to replace my thermostat housing.

I did find a list of hoses involved from a previous thread.
Does anyone have any updates to it?

I have a complete used t-stat housing from a 2004 on the shelf in perfect shape. Let me know if you're interested.

That was my list and I believe the P/N's are still good.

Curious as to why you need to replace the housing as it's metal.

The housing has a crack in it.
I didn't take a pic at the time but I'll show a pic after it's replaced.

You could also have the crack welded up and keep your old one for a spare

The thermostat housing is Motorcraft RH70, or you can get a Gates CO34770 on rockauto for 10 bucks. I had to replace the one on my 03 Marauder a while ago, I think the bolts were just seized. The thermostat housing cross references with a ton of other fords

    Here is the culprit.
Rockauto doesn't show a bottom part to this housing so I had to re-use the existing.
