Can anyone tell me what type of bolt is used for the idler bolt? I can't find any details on the thread, length, or material, nor can I find any direct replacements. I guess they're discontinued.

For the smooth pulley? I believe it is 10mm have a parts car here I can take it off if you want.

Yeah, it's the smooth pulley near the valve cover on the passenger side.
