It doesn't feel like ZERO Power steering, but certainly much more effort than usual. No leaks and full Power Steering Fluid Reservoir.
Any thoughts other than pump failure or rack & pinion issue? How's best to diagnose?

Thanks Gentlemen will do.
Thought I'd provide the resolve in case anyone was interested...
I finally made an appointment at my Ford Dealer this last Tuesday after not driving the car for about a month. Put some petrol in the car before dropping at the dealer...car was FILTHY (embarrassingly) do I ran it through the touchless wash...then out on the Interstate for a romp to dry off (noticed that as revs increased, steering lightened up). It was 7am so I took her up to about 125-130 to "dry"...and I look down at my (Real) Autometer Oil Pressure Gauge and it's BURIED at 0 (ZERO!) Pucker factor is NOW at 1 MILLION as I easily back poff, exit e and limp the car 15 miles to the dealer...just listening and expecting a "BOOM!"...
Get there, pull in, shut her down and throw open the hood to pull the dip stick...PLENTY of oil...so...I breathe once again...
"Customer States: Heavy power steering (especially at low RPMs as well as ZERO Oil pressure indication.:
dealer calls later that morning to tell me "Something came up under the car and damaged your 6-rib serpentine belt...and the fray has damaged a few wires (Power Steering Sensor, Oil Pressure Sensor, etc.)
$411.00 Later...all wires re-run and tighty...new belt installed...GOOD AS NEW! Thank the Lord!
