I had to replace that in my MM 10ish years ago. Just went to Ford dealership to get a new one, then took car to local garage to have them install it. They didn't even charge me for the work because it took them 10 minutes.

You have to replace whole part, boot is not separate. Prolly discontinued but probably find new on eBay. I have a part number somewhere I'll have to find.

Try to see if you can fix/repair the one you have or you may have to buy the entire connector just to get that specific piece. I remember I temp fixed mine using electrical tape, but I only had it like that for about 4 or 5 days before I had it replaced. Or start searching junkyards...

I believe they are discontinued. I had stocked up from Ford with those but alas it was among the items taken when my storage unit was broken into.

3W3Z-6758-BA is the current number according to Ford, but it does not come with the PCV..... It's available and I ordered one from Ford, I should have it early next week. I'll update you when it arrives.

It fits, but I had to use a razor blade to cut off the black elbow on the PCV.... Don't look too close at the car, this is the S***box I bought earlier this year.

Glad you found a solution we all can use in the future or until Ford discontinues that part.
