    Howdy Friends! I'm Back!

    Hello Friends,

    I'm back! Actually, I never left - just went into lurker mode after I traded my '04 DTR back in 2012. What a mistake that turned out to be!

    Over the years, from time to time, I'd check back in here in hopes the new owner would sign up. As far as I know - that never happened. Then, a few years ago, I started trying to find my old DTR so I could buy her back - maybe. Never found her.

    Fast forward to the end of last year: it turns out that my daughter was also looking for my old car. She didn't find it, but she did find another '04 DTR in Savannah. And she floored me by presenting it to me as gift right before I retired. I am truly blessed!

    Anyway, the ending VIN is 677237 and it has obviously had a lot of work done to it. I ran the CarFax and can see that it has also been in several accidents - which was obvious in the paint. It came with a good bit of receipts (headers and a 4.10 gear from Mo's Speed Shop, a short block from MMR, etc.).

    I'm hoping that someone here knows more of the history and background of this car. Any information would be appreciated (good, bad, indifferent).
