Arrow Libertyville Car Show - 9/26/2004

Sessler Ford of Libertyville, Illinois (a sponsor of Marauderville II) will be holding its annual horsepower carnival known as the 'Car Truck and Motorcycle Show' (it must have taken them weeks to think up that name) Sunday, September 26, 2004 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 AM. Registration opens at 8:30 AM.

Sessler Ford is at 1010 South Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21; north of Route 176) in Libertyville.

Trophies (for First, Second and Third Place) will be awarded at 1:00 PM in the following categories:
    • Peoples Choice Cars & Trucks 1963 & Older
    • Peoples Choice 1964 - 1972 Trucks
    • Peoples Choice Custom Motorcycles
    • Peoples Choice Motorcycles
    • Peoples Choice 1964-1972 Cars
    • Peoples Choice 1973-1979 Cars
    • Peoples Choice 1980-Current Cars
    • Peoples Choice 1980-Current Trucks
Other stuff going on for show participants (most to be confirmed; I'll edit this thread when they are):
    • Free Dyno Testing (a portable dynamometer may be provided to give you a pull sheet)
    • A possibility of an oil change (where you buy the oil and Sessler provides the labor)
    • A possible car wash (maybe to benefit the Boy Scouts or something)
    • Most likely there will be lunch
    Stay tuned......

OK... I will be there... My Mother-in-Law lives in Libertyville... I gave my car a little TLC this evening...

    Looking for opinions...
Is it worth trying to put a 100% un-modded, but generally clean, Marauder in the show?

I would. There's only... what 11,000 Marauders made? I think you'll be suprised by the looks and comments you'll get. Plus, it'll be fun....
