    Question Filter w/ B&M Deep Trans Pan

    I have the B&M deep trans pan. I am getting ready to have the trans fluid changed.

    My questions are;
    1) is the Ford OEM pan gasket a replacement pan gasket for the B&M deep trans pan?
    2) is there a filter pick up extension tube, if so is it attached to the filter or the trans? As in will the tech have to transfer it from the old filter to the new filter?
    3) is the drain plug gasket reusable?
    4) what filter should be used?

    I believe the tranny pan gasket is a re-usable one.

    I re-used mine when I had my Art Carr deep pan installed. Not sure on the filter....my new pan came with a new filter.

    The gasket is re'useable and the B&N pan is basicly the same as the Art Car and no extended filter is needed with the Art Car
