New Magazine -- Ford Builder

Just picked up the initial copy of Ford Builder today. It's got our own Mercurito (aka Will Smith) as Executive Editor. It looks to be a great magazine. Hopefully now we all will get the national recognition that our cars deserve! (March 2005 Copy)

Mercurito is the person who broke the news about Navchaps car being in Super Rod magazine. He is a feature editor for that magazine (and the others in the Buckaroo Communications publications). His real name is Will Smith (look at the magazines -- probably not the actor though!). Anyway, the magazine is suppose to be dedicated to other cars than the Mustang, although the Mustang is prominent in the first issue. It does have older cars but it also has articles on the 4.6L. Also with his intrest in the Marauder, he should have some articles coming them (hint, hint -- Will).

FWIW:
I just hope that it doesn't turn out to be like another new magazine that came onto the market a year ago. Went from monthly publications to quarterly and in the process p!ssed a lot of charter subcribers off.

Got mine from the local Meijers (kinda like a super Walmart - little bit of everything). The same company puts out Super Rod, Truck Builder, Rodders, and about 10 other mags. This is their first issue for this particular magazine though.
