Is it a waste of money to get a transmission cooler for my 04 CV Sport or a high flow radiator that dennis sell?

Increased cooling for either the engine or the transmission is never a waste of money...it may protect you from overheating or from transmission damage and you'll never even know about it.
The only question is how likely that may be...if you regularly tow a trailer of any sort, or frequently haul 4 rotund persons and their luggage through the mountains, or if you live in Miami and drive your car hard, increased cooling is almost a must. However, if you only drive your car to church on Sundays (or temple on Saturdays) and live in Saskatoon, you may not NEED any auxiliary cooling.

CVPIs and Civilian Vics have the same radiator, and CVPIs are often subjected to long idling times and severe driving conditons. A trans cooler would probably be good, but my personal opinion is a larger radiator is a waste of $. Just my .02
