    Values

When I bought my MM last year, I paid about $20K for it with 8k miles on it. Mostly stock, tuned, slotted drilled rotors, a few other tweaks, like new condition.
I'm now seeing similar low milers on cars.com with asking prices quite a bit north of that. Are values going up that much or are those sellers dreaming?

One can ask anything for anything. I'm guessing the ones you are speaking about have been listed for sale for a while - many of us are familiar with and thus the asking price has not been a selling price. Of course it only takes one buyer with a desire and the cash to change that. From what I can tell prices have been holding steady lately. But high mileage cars are still getting cheaper. These cost more money to fix then they are worth, has to be a labor of love - which it is for me.

Asking and selling are two different things, and the values seem to fluctuate with the seasons.
