Question: Will the SCT Big MAF fit a stock JLT Marauder CAI (I already have the JLT)?

At your HP range you don't need it. Your stock MAF is good to 380 RWHP or so, before it becomes maxed out.
I sell them, but don't waste your money until it's needed and don't let anyone tell you different.
Keep your money.

But to answer your question, yes, you do need to tune for it, but with the X-2 it's a click away.
