    * Header Manifold Blankets ? *

    I've been Looking around for different ways of keeping my engine area a little cooler. I can along a A Company called "Thermo-Tec" who makes a product called a " Header Manifold Blanket." Part # 14003. I was wondering if any body else has used this in the past or knows anyone else who has, and if it helped at all in any way.

    If you headers are Ceramic Coated, there is no need for a blanket.

    What ^^^ he ^^^ said.

    I've heard that those blankets / wraps trap the moisture after the header cool down and you will have rust problems.
