    Question Marauder purchase

I'm new and considering buying a Marauder sold all my toys baby on the way in August, I LOVE this car and wondered if anybody would buy one again I realize the first year of any car has some problems but noticing a few posts I have owned 9 stangs 02 Lightning and even a 79 Mercury Capri with a 302 still running great with 234000 miles on her..as they say the Marauder is the family mans Cobra and think the car is AWSOME....

"Family Man's Cobra"-----I like it. I would buy one again. It has all the room, comfort and SAFETY I could ask for, plus it is fun to drive. It will run you the same amount of money any nice large family sedan would. The only thing that might be safer is a monster SUV, then you have to factor in the extra cost, plus the decreased gas mileage. My Marauder gets 20 mpg almost without fail. That is better than my Blazer got that I traded in for the Marauder.
I say go for it!! The car seat will fit fine in the back seat......my daughters does.

I'm on my second MM, with a half hatched idea to grab a third from the '03s when the '04 roll out. Member Bob Mathis and his wife each own one...Go get your own!

I would definately by it again...the engine and the car run smoother every mile you put on......it is very enjoyable...and very comfortable. Don't for get side airbags as well.....so there is the safety.....

    Go for it!

No regrets here!!! I've got two growing boys, football, baseball, scouts..you name it. Did the SUV thing for a long time, but, not the same. Never "chirped" the tires on my Navigator, (although I tried). The boys and friends all fit. I figure I've got plenty of time to drive an old lady car.....GO FOR IT!!!<img src="http://smilies.sofrayt.com/1/b/coolgleam.gif" width="22" height="16">

Just remember, "body on frame design." You won't find that on too many cars these days...

I'd do it all over...... I'm going to keep this one to give to my 3-month old boy when he turns 16. Probably only have 60,000 miles on it by then and just be broken in nicely for him.

I would buy the MM again. The panther platform is the safest car on the road. IMHO.

I would buy one again, and the wife says she would buy hers again too...

Overall, I think it is a excellent car. I know it's not the fastest on the road, but for comfort, handling, etc. It's a great package. And it looks so darn neat going down the road. I just love when I spot the wife on the freeway (usually running up behind me at some speed I should get mad about), and then going by, it just looks cool.

And isn't that what really matters???

I've had mine 7 months and 19,000 miles... not a single problem.

This is a beautiful luxury sedan that handles like a sports car.

I agree with everyone else. I told my wife that it was time for my mid life crisis and I could either get a young girlfriend or a fast car. Guess which one she OK'ed? In spite of a few minor problems, I've been very happy with mine.
