Turns out I've managed to burn out both light bulbs in those gauges, how would I go about getting in there and replacing them?

Put car in "1"
Grab Gauge Pod on both sides.
Pull towards the Shifter.
Pull out Bulbs.
Reverse.

You might be well advised to put the parking brake on first and it wouldn't hurt to chock the wheels.

Good advice.
I'm glad you asked this question as it's been bothering me that mine is out and I keep forgetting to change it until it's 12 at night.
