According to this thread, they were only available on the 2000 CVPIs.

With all that I am doing to get one up to what I think it needs to be for me to sell them, this may not be economically feasible. I have one on the way to the driveshaft shop the first of next week. I will have to tally the final cost and see if it is worth it. Right now it isn't looking good in my opinion.

What is your opinion of "economically feasable"?
These are quite sought after and easily worth >$180, which was original 'at cost' from Ford.
