I did the converter first before 4.10s and still have stock 3.55 gears. I have 4.10s gears awaiting to be installed sometime soon so that will make my 3500 stall converter that more effective.
14.25 on 255/55-18 street tires < 13.72 on 255/50-16 drag radials.....you be the judge.
