    Too much boost?

Does anyone think i have too much boost for a stock engine? I've got a 3.9" pulley on my D1SC. I was thinking maybe a 4.0" pulley and retune to 425rwhp. My tune is based off the 005 pull.

You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

I don't think so. Around 450 RWHP is my goal (417 right now on 6psi), as all my research and comments from people who know much more about this than I do tell me it's safe, but about as far as you want to go on a stock motor.
I'd leave it alone and enjoy the power! Nice numbers!

My thoughts are the same as your's i am thinking of going to a 3.80 pulley on my P1SC to bring it down around 415-425 RWHP... I myself would feel better with 425 on a stock block... But then again N/A guys have blown them...
