    Tesla Roadster!!!

So over the weekend I had the joy of riding in one of these bad boys, and all I can say is AMAZING!!! The acceleration is insane, and the thing is just so tiny! I would never buy one, especially with the price tag connected to it, but it gets my thumbs up!

One of them in my usual garage in Manhattan

It's pretty strange but I think they are showing off my Marauder sometimes, parking it in plain sight on the ground floor in between a 200k Mercedes and a Tesla.

The Tesla is so short looks like you might trip over it. I wonder where they plug it in there. Seems like it's permanent home.

My dream car is a Marauder with a 600hp electric engine and a tiny gas or diesel charger for range. I guess that would kill the mod business. (Other than battery upgrades for new tech.) I'm pretty bummed about the interim death of Tesla's sedan project.

I guess I'm pretty tired of the 'big cars are immoral' BS. A large dependable electric sedan with some anger issues would kill that dead.

I'm not. I think morals are dumb.

I guess it looks cool, but I'm all for gas. Who knows how far this car would go if I demanded heat, headlights, windshild wipers, radio and a cell phone charge all at once? 120 miles? 80 miles?

Interesting! I'd read about these a while back, but didn't know how much was going to be hype, or home much was fact.

Where'd you get a chance to ride in one, have they started marketing them yet?

Had deposits. Came back and told the customers that std features were now options and price would have to go up. There is a thread somewhere where people are talking about not only cancelling orders but sueing as well.
Apparently the owner is a real schemer - think DeLoreean kind of guy.

One of my friends took pics, I will post then up when she send them to me...

The car was actually being held by this girls dad for a friend who has it in town for the DC carshow. Her dad is a politician and I'm pretty sure they are just trying to win over as many people with power as they can to help the company out...
