Back end lights & Trim ?

Are the tail lights, rear plastic trunk facia and reverse lights the same as the crown vic or are there subtle differences?

I believe the tail lights and reverse lights are smoked more compared to the CV lights. Also, compared to the new colored cars, there's a difference as well.
