Funny story that you exhaust guys would like.
So I am driving to work and I am at the light to pull in to my job. I see one of my co workers behind me. (Older lady in her 40s.) So I get on it a little. Probably stepped down just enough to get a good roar. I would say she revved out maybe 3000rpm.
So when I walk into work she tells me she felt a odd vibration in her car and it was making a odd sound. She thought something was wrong with her car. Then she realizes it was my car in front of her. My license plate says 1BADMERK. So she tells me its 1LOUDMERK… She got a chuckle out of me …

I remember the ride home from the exhaust shop with the 02 GT. Off Road X-Pipe and 40 series flows. I barked a couple of revs 4000-5000 RPM'S. There was an old man in the lane next to me, his head must have hit the roof he jumped out of his seat so high.

Not 2 be off topic but just curious what are "poor man deletes"? I have flowmasters 40's on right now with all cat's and would also like to make it breathe a little better (and louder ) without having to get a kooks system for 1500+

Dude, don't run up against my wife (in her 40's) when she's in her Mustang. I'm sure her car is louder, and she knows what the right pedal is for, and ain't afraid to use it. She constantly complains that I drive too slow.
