The 5th annual 28th Street Metro Cruise -August 28 and 29, 2009 in Grand Rapids, MI

Website for the 5th annual 28th Street Metro Cruise held August 28 and 29, 2009 in Grand Rapids, Michigan:

    http://www.28thstreetmetrocruise.com/

There will be a rally point for MM.net members and guests again this year, one block away from last years meeting, and only 1/3 mile from 28th Street. It includes a large parking lot, with plenty of space for car trailers, if you wish to trailer your vehicle (like panty-waist John Kuhn did last year). Inside storage is also available, if needed. Use google earth to locate 3125 Madison Avenue, Wyoming Michigan, 49548. This is an ideal, central location for the cruise.

We will be grilling 20 or so pounds of Italian sausage, with extras, but bring your own drinks.

This is a big , growing event. 2008 exceeded all expectations with over 15,000 vehicles and a crowd of over 300,000! The 28th Street corridor is over 13 miles long, with plenty of turn-offs, and free parking areas.

Well John, sometimes the truth hurts. But you have no shame for trailering your Queen, as it really is too nice to drive very far. It would be nice if you bring both cars!

Thats the plan Dale. I need to find a second driver. Maybe the infamous Gordy can drive one for me. The T Bolt is home now!
