i have 03 marauder with this mod:
underdrive steeda pully, air intake, 4:10 gear, tune

and i heard if i didnt do anything to the transmission it is going to fail
is it true and if it is what should i do

Lack of a shift key is your only FAIL here.

Your trans will be fine. Do a search on the "J-mod" It will prolong the life of your tranny but with your mods I dont think you have anything to worry about.
