Vortech pulley belt size advice needed...

Never mind...still working things on this end.

I am not even sure what size pulley I have at this point.

I know the belt size for a 3.6 pulley.
    (#6178 in black per FPIC)
Call 1-800-FORD-788 and press "1". Have the last 6 of your VIN handy. You will get the numbers for FREE. You'll pay $$$ for the certificate.

MM traded in 8/9/13 @ 128909 miles. It was fun for almost 8 years. I met airmercpun on 1/17/14. He was the new owner of my former ride. -Now gone.

Update: back in the game with a late build 03 GMGS with some MM add ons like Escape audiophile radio w/Sirius sat radio, rear sway bar, catback exhaust, and header panel.

    Rest In Peace:

See my garage file for part numbers and whatnot.

IMHO, this site- the members that I chat with- and the ones that I now Hang with- are like my 2nd family. There is such an ongoing welcome feeling here that even members who don't or no longer own the MM can feel.

I didn't have my facts together earlier.

    I have a 3.33 pulley using a XX1105 6-rib belt.

I believe what I want to do is go to a 3.12 pulley...and wasn't sure the new belt length needed.

I have Zack's custom belt tentioner to make things interesting.

I am under the impression I need to go two sizes smaller, but XX1098 is the closest I could find online.

After speaking with the folks at Reichard Performance...the pulley I need to get close to 15 lbs of boost is apparently a 02.19
I am interested in their Ultra Grip Pulleys.

Again, figuring the belt size is difficult.

    Going from 03.33 with a 1105 belt to 02.91 ..... ???? belt.

2.19! how much boost do you have now? I used a 2.75 pulley once and it never hooked, ever. Hope you have better luck than I did, I didn't even know they would make a pulley under 2.75 in 6 rib

    That was a typo.
    I could only wish LOL

I only run around 10lbs of boost now and want to be in the 14-15 lb range safely.
I just ordered the Reichard Racing 2.90 Ultra Grip for 6-rib.
