    Holy dejavu Batman! I believe that was shown here in another thread quite some time ago. But it was cool to see it again! The ironic part is that it was built in Japan, the people who make everything smaller. Imagine how big it would be if it were built here!!

    While not having as much power as the diesel above or even as much as the turbines that followed, I have a soft spot for this engine, which I have seen with my own eyes;



    Reciprocating steam engine BB35 Battleship Texas
    28,100 HP@120RPM 1,225,466 LB-FT@120RPM

    Not bad for a 4 banger...
