    Finshed up the porting...WOW!

It was a lot of work, but I am proud of it and I can honestly say I did as perfect of a job as I can. I am going to try to do another in a couple weeks when my hand stops shaking and my dremel cools off.

not much...I am not real confident yet with the tolerances...but smoothed it out more than the camera shows.

How are you preventing the metal from getting into the valves?

I got it all...If you notice, you can see where the towel was, cause it didnt get ported.

Nice looking port job! Did you use a pneumatic die grinder or a Dremel tool?

When I port matched my heads to my extrude-honed intake & port matched hard plastic intake manifold gaskets, I did the same thing.
Stuffed a towel down each port and then put 2 layers of masking tape on top of that.
When I was done, I vacuumed out all the metal shavings from on top of the tape.
Pulled that layer of tape and vacuumed again.
    No more metal shavings!

(Though...It was pretty scary doing it!...)
