IIRC, I replaced the two passenger side tail lamp bulbs last year while on vacation w/ my Mom; I was more concerned at the time of not receiving a ticket while out of state and enjoying time away from home.
You are 100% correct though fastblackmerc, when replacing the tail lamb bulbs, it is best practice to perform the service on both sides, time permitting.

Polished it up with the McGuiars waterless spray cleaner and wax after a couple months of dust buildup in the garage. I swear by that stuff.

Actually I use tire foam. Same results.
Replaced the front tires, oil change and replaced a lug stud.
