    Tire Choices for Wide Wheels

Anyone know of new options for tires for widened rear wheels?

I have widened wheels and have used Nitto 305 NT555R drag radials in the past. However, I am looking for a new set of rubber this spring, and want something for the rears that are a bit longer lasting (to say the least) than those Nitto's. Idealy, I want a peformance tire set for all four wheels that is also reasonably quiet. The regular Nitto NT555 295/45/18 and 255/45/18 have continous read in them, and in my experience, that makes for a very loud tire after a while.

I have looked through various threads and online dealers. Can anyone point me to something I missed?

    Thanks!
