SOHC 427 is the motor that guys dream about! No I do not think it had the stock cams in it. Anyone notice how little air appeared to be in the slicks?

I remember watching Danny Ongais pilot the M/T blue Mach 1 at the Manufacturers' Funny Car Championships at Orange County International Raceway. "Gas" Ronda and Tommy Grove were there representing Ford as well. Those were the golden years.
