A/C compressor movement question.

I was looking at the compressor by the other pulleys and noticed it moves sometimes and other times it won't. This will depend on how I play with the throttle by hand. Sometimes it won't move at all, sometimes it will after I give it throttle, then stop...

The air in the car seems just fine. I'm assuming that this is how it works. Sometimes it needs to be on, other times the temp is fine and it can stay off.

Is there anything to be concerned about?

Again the temp in the car is fine and stays where I want it.

BTW this is always with the A/C heat unit turn onto Auto... usually 75 degrees if that means anything.

That means its working. It turns off and on when A/C OR defrost is selected.
