Plenty of HID kits on eBay. Just don't buy from overseas, too many issues if there is a problem.

www.ddmtuning.com cheap pricing and comes with lifetime warranty. I currently have their kits on two of my cars with zero problems.

Make sure when you are buying them that they have High and Low beams... I made this mistake and luckily I sold them for close to what I got for them to someone else so it wasn't a huge loss. Can't get an inspection sticker in MA without high beams.

Prices are pretty cheap these days on ebay TBH, I think the kit I picked up was 40 bucks. They used to be 80+, but now its not bad. I would order spare bulbs though, its always good to have replacements.

ddmtunning kit is what I have. I bought the cheaper kit, apexcone, and have no regrets did both the headlights and fogs for less than $100 when they were on sale.
    55W Hi/low 4500K for the headlights
    35W 3000K for the fogs

    Yes http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W

35 watts (55w is overkill in a halogen light housing)
9007 bulb (hi/lo) (I recommend getting the hi/lo kit, always good to have high beams)
Color temp is your choice, anything higher than 6000k and you start to lose light output range because you can more color wash. Cars withe factory HIDs are 4300K if that helps you out any in picking a color temp.

Guys I'm installing the high/low kit and one headlight is in high while the other is low and when I move the stalk for high beam the lights just do the opposite. I change those red, black, & white wires around and can't seem to find the right combo. Do I need to modify the high/low wire on one side to match the proper function of the other? Help please.

Ultrabrightlights on Ebay, is the only person i buy from... I know him personally, he has quality stuff, and is great about defective units.

switch the two outside wires on the 9007 harness, should do the trick.
