Exclamation ATTN: mensrea and other Marauder S owners....

I just e-mailed Kenny Brown but figured its really up to the actual owners of the KB conversion cars how they sticker 'em up so here's a foolish suggestion I have and you're free to use it if you'd like:

its nothing new really, anyone familiar with the Lightning community have seen this done numerous times on the L enthusiast trucks, (especialy if its modded up at or with JDM) but hey... its an appropriate idea that distinguishes your car from others.

okay, I'm talking about the "S" in Kenny Brown Marauder S badging.... there's a company owned by DaimlerChrysler: Sterling that make very attractive badges for their trucks sold in North America that fit Ford F-series trucks perfectly... I mean the logo is identical to the Ford oval. On the Marauder it would very well replace the Mercury round badge both the front grill and the trunk, and would look excellent...

    just a though...

yea sure: http://www.sterlingtrucks.com/ (seems like Ford used to own them since during the search I found older trucks that look identical to Ford trucks... no wonder the badge is the same size, lol)

    this is the company logo:

this is what it looks like on a Lightning:

to buy these you'd probably have to visit your local Sterling or Freightliner dealer.

Russ, It was indeed owned by Ford...but they sold the heavy trucks division to Freightliner a couple of years ago. I didn't know Freightliner was owned by DaimlerChrysler
