    Talking My New Tow Pig!

I Picked up my new tow pig Thursday night. It is the newest addition to MO’s Haulin’.

The truck came from Arizona and I am in the process of cleaning it up.

It is a 1999 F-450 crew cab with a 7.3 Turbo Diesel and a custom Fontaine bed. It has air ride, a fifth wheel, and a 34 gallon auxiliary fuel tank.

We will use this for track events and such.

Rode around in it a bunch this weekend and I love it.

Now I just need to figure out where the spark plugs go....

Some pics before I started cleaning it up:

WOW!!! What a nice clean truck. Become a member of http://www.thedieselstop.com. Lots of great advice. They helped me out tremendously when I first picked up my '94 Ford F-350 7.3L IDI Turbo Diesel 4-dr 4x4 longbed. Will have to send you some pics when it's back from the shop. You'll see why my scout troop nicknamed it GODZILLA (it's 23 ft. long and green). Welcome to becoming a Ford BOOB (Brotherhood of Oil Burners) http://oilburners.net.

    Warmest Regards!

    Mark

Well I can tell you Fords don't require a new transmission every 30,000 miles. If you are going to tow leave it to Ford. The Chevy you can cruise with!

Use only diesel heavy duty pulgs

The bed looks very nice and I like the inset tool boxes, race day that pick-up will earn it's keep

    Good luck with it

Not a fan of the rear of the bed with the flareside 150 tail lights. Otherwise it looks nice
