    ever did this in a Marauder....and film it

    Has anyone ever gotten a video of them absolutely maxing their s/c marauder on a privatized or closed road? <--- Had to put that.

    but seriously, are you thinking about doing it.....you can do it at the Texas Mile....they have two events a year, I have always wanted to go.....I can be you outside the car cameraman if you want.....

    can our stock drive shafts handle that? I would imagine so seeing as how the car is supposed to go 140 from the factory.....but it also has a gevernor from the factory.....so..i dont know.

    I would do it if I had some place to do it at and some one to hold the camera.

    As long as it isnt for an extended period of time..... but if your not sure all you have to do is get your DS balanced and maybe get a DS loop. The Texas mile is perfect for it....you get up....then you slow down....I have had mine as high as 137 before....there was some one around here that supposedly did 170 at a large oval race track....dont know if it was stock or not.
