Seat assembly question

Hi,

How does the driver's seat up-back detach from the seat bottom? The seat is already out of the car.

ok. here is little more specific info: the driver's seat is removed from the car; a bolt on the right side bracket was removed so the right side is detached; a bolt was removed on the left side bracket but nothing. thoughts?

If you mean your are trying to detach the seat from the vertical back there are bolts at the seat beat anchor that need to be removed. As I recall they are longish. Took me a while to reverse engineer the seat as well. Be aware the bolts are greasy and so watch what you touch. Had to use a little degreaser on the leather.
