    Motor question

    Hey guys im thinking im going to purchase a 4.75 stroker motor 9 1/4:1. Im curious as to what you guys think about this? Will is slow me down N/A? ill be N/A for 2 weeks i just want to know if im gonna be a slug....

    Actually, the little increase in TQ and HP from being stroked will compensate for the cr loss. Maybe you can use 87 octane for two weeks.

    MMR 4.75 shortblock? I wouldnt worry should be close in performance. You doing anything else heads, intake?

    I have a CAI,4:10 hopefully ill be blown in 2 weeks after but thats pretty much it...

    MMR's QC isn't what it should be as a result of how many engines they produce. I would bet that 9 out of 10 engines they produce are just fine but it would be your luck to get that 10th engine.
