Today I noticed there is a small hose attached to the top of the axle housing on the left rear near the air ride bladder. The opposite end is not attached to anything. Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like the vent for the rear end. So no pressure builds up in you rear end from heating and cooling. There's a joke in there somewhere, maybe CBT can find it!
