    I have attached the scematic.

Vin goes to a switched power source (powered when key on, but not acc). I used fuse #14.

Vout connect to the grey wire going to the traction control switch.

The triangle connection goes to the black wire next to the grey wire (there are 2 black wires going to the switch - I think either would work but I have not checked).

    Parts list:
    Board - 1 needed - Mouser P/N 854-SB300 (www.mouser.com)
    Capacitors - 1 to 4 needed (C1) (I used 2)- Mouser P/N 647-UVR1H101MPD1TA
    Transistors - 2 needed(Q2&Q3) - Mouser P/N 512-KSC1845PTAQ
    Diode (rectifier) - 1 needed (D1) - Mouser P/N 512-1N4004
    Resistor - 1 needed (R2) - 10 KOHM 1/10 Watt minimim
    Resistor - 1 needed (R3) - 220 KOHM 1/10th Watt minimum

The circuit basically holds down the button for a fixed time then releases. The button is still active, so in bad weather you can turn it back on. The more capacitors (wired in parallel) the longer it holds the button. each capacitor should give about 1.5-2 seconds of button push. I used 2 for about 4 seconds. If the button is held for more than 15 seconds, the light goes out and the button no longer works so do not exceed 6 capacitors. I will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded.

One important note. I ended up adding a 3rd capacitor after about 6 months of use. The number of capacitors determines how long the button is "held in". Most of the time 2 was enough, but I eventually had to add a 3rd to make it 100% reliable.

Why that is a piece of work. Nothing better than being able to rotate tires. Time to take orders for a production run.

Maybe it would work to put a momentary relay tied to the seatbelt switch, so when you buckle up it turns the traction control off.

Struggling with the same size tire problem, but what if you have a car with no Traction control?

You can run the same size tire front/rear.
