    Lightbulb Transmission CODES ???

I've seen a picture of the Door sticker on a 2003 Marauder.
Across the bottom of the blue sticker, between the AXLE and SPR codes is a TR Code.
On the 2003 the TR Code is 'U' .
On my 2004 the TR Code is 'R' .

Do the U and the R relate to the 4R70W and the 4R75W transmissions ???

Someone with access to the 03 and 04 Service Manuals, please look this up!!!
    Pete...

Meninblk - per '03 shop manual TR is "Transmission Code." "The transmission codes are:

    U -- Four-speed automatic overdrive, (4R70W) Livonia

    H -- Four-speed automatic overdrive, (4R70W) Sharonville."

There is no "R" code listed in the '03 manual for the transmission, just "U" and "H." I don't have an '04 manual. Anybody?

    Thanks NickLee...

Now if the MM Owners who have had tranny problems would look at the Driver's Door Label
and give us the TR Code, we might uncover something here...
