    Turned the big 30 today, any tips I should know?

    In repsonse to Brads advice, I'm 41, I don't pee any more than I ever did, I never get up in the middle of the night and grab my.....self....for the sole purpose of urinating. Then again, I only sleep about 4 or 5 hours a night. I guess if I had advice for someone turning 30 it would be keep in touch with your friends and family, around the time I turned 30 was when they started dying off. Mainly from slipping and falling and banging thier heads when they got up to pee in the middle of the night. I MISS YOU, GRAMMY !!
