I remember busting my dad's chops (RIP) when he used to listen to music from his younger days (same with his old movies).

His comment, wait till you get old.

    He was right.

Now, I can't get enough of late 50's and 60s/70s music.

    Funny about the different decades.

The stuff from the 50/60's brings back memories that seem more like I'm watching a movie.

The stuff from the 70's actually brings back day to day occurences that I can still remember clearly.

I've often wondered, imagine what it must have been like to live in the USA when WWII ended?

Just enjoy your life it doesn't matter how old or young you are. You will discover limits on some things. Pay attention to them.

probably no different than my past decade. Older, wiser, my heaith more broken by the year. BUT, still don't give a flyin fickled finger of fate either. The DTR sleeps more than my 17 year old cat, but can still run like a ***** gorilla when needed. But, needs now are faster, the more permanent,,,type. of mods... as the song implies, what a long and strange trip its truly been ....We still live in the Greatest County on Gods good green earth, just costs more than ever before,YEE HAW WHAT A RIDE IT BEEN.......................... ............
