    Be careful! Put some painters tape around both sides of the blades and the blade shafts. You don't want aluminum dust in there or you'll be chasing an idle problem for a while. Try not to burr up the flat faces that mate the parts. Using high temp rtv as a gasket will cure that of course. It is a good start! I don't think you'll see much gain from that though. The real key is inside the supercharger itself. You want to practice on other stuff before you do that though.

    Thanks for taking the time to take a look and comment.The tape is a good idea that I will use.It's hard to see but,the polishing came out pretty good,better than I expected..

    Pictures never do justice! Something else nice to use is a good set of calipers so you can tell wall thickness when porting. It's much easier to remove more than to put it back! (TIG welding can be fun too)

    I will def say I've seen a lot of ported parts in my day and Bill's work is excellent, on par with or better than most I've seen. You've got natural talent, bud!
