    Post HELP!!!

It has been years since I posted anything in a forum and clearly the 'tech' has changed.

what the blank is the meaning of "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters."
Is there a sticky somewhere on how to edit a post? It is non-self-evident, at least not to me.

Likewise is there a sticky on how to add pictures?

Not specific to this site, does anyone know if there a tutorial somewhere on how to get all the pictures into a single file, as is common to many car sales sites?

    Thanks in advance.

You need to have at least 10 letters in a post for it to recognize it. Short answers, yes, no etc. Are not long enough. You can use symbols to lengthen a response. Yes..........

I can understand that, but i'm getting this message when I try to post a long For-Sale ad in Marauders for Sale. What part of my post could this message be referring to? I think that the last time I posted anything was like 2019. I'm probably going to do a face-palm when I do get it.

i bet you are trying to PASTE text that is not the same format as this page. then it shows up here as less than 10 words, not allowing the post to be made. Your car for sale ad is the same text as 3 years ago, so we can see it... adding pictures, look up above, that square icon next to the red x, hover that and it will show insert image.... that is how you load a photo from your pc or phone without using a third party photo host website..... if you do load 10 pictures to a third party website, they give you hyperlinks to take us directly to the album or each individual photo. Its always something.... I tried buying your car 3 years ago, but you were hesitant on selling it. Does it run still? email me photos turbov6bryan@live.com

Yes the car is definitely for sale. Yes, it runs but the cam chain noise got louder just as I pulled into my garage, so I shut it off and have not tried to start it up since. This was around the end of August I think.

I am trying to get a package of photos to send you and anyone else who is interested in the car. I had a folder full of pictures set up on google drive from the last time I put the car up for sale, but that folder has mysteriously disappeared. I'm hunting through backup files to recreate a package that is at least similar. I will have to work on it tonight after work.
