    Just called totake a chance and see if they had any room cancellations/openings. Nice older lady said they were now Baymont, but no rooms available for the Marauder event.

    I just spoke with the hotel's front desk manager. They are still accepting our reservation under the group rate and she said she will remind all front desk staff of this. If there are any problems, please ask for Yvonne.

    Same for me I book after the deadline and was quoted $179 for Saturday and I called today and they adjusted my rate to $79. for the 4 days

    THANKS again seam like a great hotel to deal with.

    The Lady said the still have few rooms left so if your on the fence call and book now!!!
