    Received my badges, good quality look very nice thanks again MartyO!! as far as installing what do yall use? i wanna make sure its very secure to the car?

    3M trim tape is the best.

    Make sure the badges and the surface where they are to be installed is clean... no dirt, wax, grease, etc.

    Can i use alcohol to clean? and would this 3M tape be good?

    i got a set of a member here for 85.00 shipped and installed them with the 3m double sides tape and they do look awesome these are the only side fender badges i would ever use

    When I cut the tape, do I cut a strip OR should it be cut & shaped exactly to the shape of the emblem? (so the whole back is covered with no metal exposed). Is a strip enough?

    Shape the tape to the badge. That is best.

    I cut and shaped the tape to the back completely. i think its more secured like that.

    Now...can anyone give me a rough idea how far from the molding; how far back from the fender lip OR how far forward from the door crack? I get the general idea from the photos in the thread, but am I just guessing?

    BTW: anyone wanting some of these...they are top, top quality!! They look amazing!
